Our engineering jobs are deliberately designed so that technical employees are intimately involved with their products through the entire product life cycle (from concept/design, through manufacturing, and into commercialization). This makes our jobs atypical in the aerospace industry, where most engineering jobs are highly specialized. Our engineers love the task variety as well as the product intimacy they experience at EXISTENTIAL (AsTITVA) AEROSPACE.

Involvement + Ownership = Dedication

At EXISTENTIAL (AsTITVA) AEROSPACE, we are still small enough to involve employees in decisions that affect them. We ask employees what they think, then actually shut up and listen to them. Additionally, all full time EXISTENTIAL (AsTITVA) AEROSPACE employees receive a substantial ownership stake in the business. This makes us somewhat unique in the aerospace industry, where usually only a few people at the top have significant equity.
